Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revontale ("Service") provided by Nitwit AB ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Revontale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account and using Revontale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Revontale.

Revontale is an AI-powered tool that helps entrepreneurs and creators discover and communicate their authentic story through:

• AI-powered creative coaching conversations (using Anthropic Claude)
• Creative exercises and self-discovery frameworks
• A persistent memory system that remembers your journey across sessions

Revontale is provided "as is" and is intended for personal and professional development purposes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Revontale
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

• Revontale uses passwordless e-mail authentication via Logto
• You are responsible for the security of your e-mail account

• Each user may only have one active account
• Sharing accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts

You retain ownership of all content you create in Revontale, including:

• Chat conversations and session history
• Your memory profile
• Any other content you input

By using Revontale, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your content securely on our servers
• Process your content through AI services (Anthropic Claude) to provide coaching responses
• Display your content back to you in the application

We will never:

• Sell your content to third parties
• Use your content for advertising
• Share your chat history publicly
• Train AI models on your private content

You agree NOT to use Revontale for:

• Illegal activities: Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harmful content: Creating content that is defamatory, harassing, or promotes violence
• System abuse: Attempting to hack, breach security, or overload our systems
• Spam or automation: Using bots or automated tools to access the service
• Commercial resale: Reselling or redistributing Revontale without permission
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Revontale uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to provide coaching and suggestions.

Important Disclaimers:

• Not Professional Advice: AI-generated responses are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use and act upon AI-generated suggestions
• Review Content: Always review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it

If you need professional advice, consult a qualified expert in the relevant field.

All rights, title, and interest in Revontale (excluding your content) are owned by us, including:

• Website design and user interface
• Software code and architecture
• Brand name, logo, and trademarks
• Documentation and marketing materials

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

As stated in Section 4, you retain all rights to your content. Revontale does not claim ownership of your conversations or creative work.

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes 150 credits
• No payment method is required to start the trial
• When your trial ends (or its credits run out), you can choose a plan to continue

After the trial, Revontale offers:

• Standard — a monthly subscription with a monthly credit allowance; you can purchase top-up credits if you need more
• Devoted — a monthly subscription with unlimited use
• Pay-as-you-go — no recurring charge; you purchase top-up credits as needed

Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

• Credits are consumed when you chat with the AI coach
• Viewing your session history, memory profile, and exporting your data never consume credits
• Monthly subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not carry over
• Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after your monthly allowance
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for
• After cancellation, any remaining top-up credits stay usable for 30 days
• If a subscription payment fails, sending messages is paused until payment succeeds; you keep read access to your history for a few days while your card is retried
• Payments are handled securely via Stripe — we never store your card details
• Prices are displayed at checkout and subject to change
• You will be notified of price changes in advance

• Subscription fees and top-up credits are non-refundable once the billing period starts or the purchase completes
• If you experience technical issues or believe you were charged in error, contact support@revontale.com and we'll look into it

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Prices may not include VAT or sales tax where applicable

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Revontale may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance)
• Technical issues or outages
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update the service to improve functionality
• Change these Terms (with notice to users)

We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

Your use of Revontale is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we collect
• How we use and protect your data
• Your rights under GDPR
• How to export or delete your data

Key Privacy Commitments:

• EU-based data storage (Stockholm, Sweden)
• Anthropic Claude does not train on your data
• You can export or delete your account anytime

You may terminate your account at any time by:

1. Going to your account settings
2. Clicking "Delete Account"
3. Confirming your email address

Upon termination:

• Your data enters a 30-day grace period (you can recover it)
• After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
• Any active subscription is canceled and remaining credits are forfeited

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Your account is inactive for extended periods
• We discontinue the service entirely

We will provide notice when possible, but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

REVONTALE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of content

You use Revontale at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid to Revontale in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revontale from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or activities on the platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute, please contact us first at legal@revontale.com. We'll try to resolve it amicably.

Jurisdiction: For legal proceedings, courts in Stockholm, Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We'll notify you via email for significant changes
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you don't agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Revontale.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revontale.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
